David Hochfelder's Bio:

David Hochfelder has ten years of industry experience spanning numerous sectors of real estate investing: debt, private equity, and development. He headed the acquisitions group at RFR Holding from 2011 to 2016. Prior to this, David was a financial analyst for The City Investment Fund, a real estate private equity fund. From 2006-2007 he was an analyst for Park Avenue Funding / The Lightstone Group.David has been critical in the investment of more than $3 billion of real estate acquisitions in gateway markets such as New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., and Miami.Outside of his professional work, David is active in community nonprofit initiatives throughout New York.
